Cancellation Policy
Session Duration and Purpose: The foundational session lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes and is designed to set the groundwork for your dog’s training journey with UnityK9 and design a training plan to move forward. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled session time. If a cancellation is requested within this period, we will attempt to move your session to another available date and time, depending on our availability. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 48 hours before the session, payment will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided. Refunds: You have the right to request a refund if you provide notice prior to the 48-hour cancellation window. No refund will be given after the session has taken place. Rescheduling Policy: We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours in advance. However, rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. By booking a foundational session with UnityK9, you agree to this booking policy.
